Our impact

Young people who are making a difference – and it shows.

Since 2019, GYBN DRC has been turning the engagement of Congolese youth into tangible results: young people who have been trained, consulted, represented and empowered to take action.
Our approach

We measure our impact by three levels : the young people we engage, the skills they acquire and the influence they exert on decisions.

Accountability

Rigorous monitoring of our commitments

Our Strategic Plan 2026–2031 includes 30 priority actions and 45 performance indicators. Half-yearly and annual progress reports are shared with our members and partners.

A mid-term review is scheduled for 2028, followed by a final evaluation to assess the overall impact of the plan and draw lessons from it.
